We bought our house from Windsor back in 2022 in the Gideon Grove neighborhood. We had a few issues that came up during the warranty period as this is normal for a new build. We had to deal with a couple Warranty Managers from Windsor but we recently had the pleasure of working with Breanne Taylor. She is by far the best Warranty Manager we have ever worked with. She is punctual, on point, follows through and follows up with the claim. You can be assured that if you had issues, she will be there to solve them for you. My wife and I highly recommend her and Windsor.
